Ministry for Teens 6th to 12th Grade

Our vision in youth group is to create a culture of young saints who passionately pursue their God-given destinies to transform the world around them.

We empower students to cultivate the gifts God has given them to be effective leaders in the church and in society. 

Our goal is for the youth to know who God is and who He says they are, and equip them to walk in Jesus’ style of ministry (supernatural ministry through love)!

 

Youth Group meets every Tuesday evening from 6-8:30pm!

Every week, we enjoy powerful, youth-led worship and inspiring teaching designed to equip our students for Kingdom work in everyday life. Fellowship happens around ping-pong tables, xbox stations, group activities, and more! We are connected to the National Vineyard Youth USA organization and are very involved in our Regional Vineyard group, with other Vineyard churches ranging from Virginia all the way up to Maine! We attend one, annual Winter Youth Retreat and host a youth leadership training boot camp, called Project Timothy for one week every Summer! It’s time to get your student plugged into Youth Group at The Barn!

Meet our Youth Pastors

Justin and Caitlyn Burton graduated from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA in 2017. They have been married for 6 years and have three wonderful children: Jayce, Oakland, and Sawyer. Together they have led worship and youth/young adult groups for almost 8 years. 

Their greatest joy is empowering people to cultivate extraordinary relationships with God and with others. They have a high value for honor, family, and building community.
